We are seeking founders and teams who have demonstrated they are in the top 10% of talent in their given field. We love meeting repeat founders and teams who have worked together in the past.
While we will evaluate companies anywhere in the United States, but are especially excited when we find entrepreneurs building in cities with high customer and talent concentration.
We’re particularly interested in companies building technology that will provide greater access to economic mobility, access to affordable and quality care, and community infrastructure.
We invest in companies approaching market sizes of $1B with high growth rates. We prefer to invest in companies that are poised to be market leaders, or are creating new markets all together.
While we invest in companies early, we do like to see early evidence that customers will pay for your product and our capital and connections can be used as a growth accelerant.
